MAHALO Super Secret Supper Clubbers: You rock

Chuggy and I want to send out a big mahalo to everyone that attended last night’s Super Secret Supper Club dinner. We chose ZIGU because we know they can deliver a product and experience far above what we expect. And they did.

Special mahalo to Traicee O for our beautiful lei!

Arigatou gozaimashita Mild, Mark, Masaki and the entire ZIGU team for partnering with us to make this happen. We’re so grateful to have restaurants that support local farmers and sustainable practices with epically delicious food.

On the drive home, we were beaming just knowing that we’re friends with some of the greatest people around. We ate well, drank well and the conversation was fun. Newbies met veterans and old friends reconnected – the restaurant was packed and it was so beautiful to have locals eating locavore food in Waikiki.

Here’s a look at what we ate – a mix of special off-menu and classic dishes from chef Masaki Nakayama.

Attendees of last night’s dinner will have a 48-hour head start on purchasing tickets for our next SSSC set for Sunday, April 7 at Ethel’s Grill. The theme is brunch and will be completely off-menu (don’t worry, ahi tataki gets a spot on the table). We only have 2 seatings of 23 and expect to sell out fast. Like really fast.

A link to purchase will be emailed out soon. After 48 hours, it’s first come first served!

Thank you for your support over the years. We love crafting these special experiences just as much as we love hanging out with you each time.
